Ruapehu District Council
Xyst supported Council to go to market and procure nine individual cleaning contracts, based on location and activity. Suppliers could bid on one or more contracts which opened up opportunities for small suppliers.

Whakatāne District Council
Xyst assisted Council with updating their existing tree inventory through undertaking tree condition and tree risk assessments of the public tree network (streets, parks and cemeteries) across the municipality. This work ensures data is relevant, and management of the tree population can be prioritised.
Maribyrnong City Council
Xyst worked closely with Maribyrnong City Council to consider a revised approach for the delivery of tree maintenance services, updated the technical specifications and developed the draft contract ready for tender.
Southland District Council
Xyst reviewed the current camp operations and recommended alternative operating models and improvements
Central Otago District Council
Xyst developed a new lease agreement and ran a procurement process to find a new tenant for the Council owned holiday park.
Hutt City Council
Xyst worked with Hutt City Council, to assess public walking track signage on the cities’ western hills, making recommendations to improve way finding across the network.
Timaru District Council
Xyst provided independent expert advice on proposed lighting rules for the district plan in relation to the proposed Bat Protection Area.
