Thames-Coromandel District Council
Xyst was engaged on an interim secondment to cover a Harbour Facilities Officer position while the Thames Coromandel District Council recruited new staff.
Hutt City Counciil
Following the completion of Stage 1, Xyst developed a Play Space Maintenance Plan to provide a schedule of maintenance requirements for each asset that has been installed in the Pōmare Park Play Space, as part of the Stage 1 development completed in July 2024.
Selwyn District Council
Designed with both print and signage in mind, this new map aims to enhance the visitor experience and showcase the campground’s offerings as it reopens to the public.
Ruapehu District Council
The parks development and maintenance plan sets out the proposed maintenance standards and suggested local improvements for the parks and reserves administered by Council within the Taumarunui-Ōhura Ward.
Wyndham City Council
Park site operational plans were designed to provide a practical means of documenting how the parks will be serviced and the maintenance approach to be implemented, to ensure the agreed level of service is consistently met.
Nelson City Council
The capacity review allowed Council to prioritise sports field lighting projects and drainage/surface improvements and to ensure funding was provided in the Long-Term plan for these projects.
Hawke’s Bay Regional Council
Xyst worked with Council to develop a high-level aerial concept and visualisation, to show how the proposed new stop-bank and Upokohina stream alignment, along with the native re-vegetation of the Tūtaekurī riverbank, will look following flood resilience works.
Mackenzie District Council
Xyst completed a concept plan for the redesign of the carpark area close to Lake Alexandrina, to provide formal car-parking and reduce vehicle speed, and to protect the adjacent natural environment and bird habitat.
BTW Company Limited
Xyst assisted with the development of a high-level concept plan and visualisation set, to accompany an application to MBIE for funding of the development of the Horopito Hub on the Te Hangāruru Trail in the Ruapehu District.
