Matamata Piako District Council
Xyst undertook community and stakeholder consultation for Matamata Piako District Council to inform their Parks and Open Spaces Strategy.
Dunedin City Council
This review of aquatic services looked at the total provision of aquatic services across the city. The outcome of this review included recommendations to support community and school aquatic facilities to be retained.
Port Pirie Regional Council (SA)
Development of a strategy that addressed management of the current tree stock and devised a plan for future renewal and maintenance.
Gisborne District Council
Xyst obtained a new 10 year resource consent for Gisborne District Council to enable the use of selected inner city riverside parks to be used for events.
Southland District Council
Xyst developed and defined levels of service for Southland District Council’s open spaces and community facilities to better enable them to define what it will deliver to its communities and ensure that the delivery continues to be sustainable.
Southland District Council
The vegetation plan was needed as part of a review of the Manapouri Foreshore Reserve Management Plan to provide guidance around preservation of indigenous vegetation, view shaft protection and risk mitigation.
Nelson City Council
Nelson City Council has at various times during 2020 to 2022 requested that Xyst staff carry out contract performance auditing of open space maintenance operations in sports parks, cemeteries and street gardens.
Waikato District Council
Over a period of several months prior to the procurement of a tree maintenance contract, a team of two travelled through the Waikato capturing data about all street and park trees that are the responsibility of the Waikato District Council.
South Waikato District Council
Xyst analysed options for the delivery of open space maintenance services under Section 17a of the LGA and made recommendations for the preferred option.
